All sourcing negotiations operate on strict Milestone Billing. We require a 50% upfront deposit to initiate factory sweeps and blueprint audits. The remaining 50% is billed upon delivery of verified factory pricing and finalized purchase agreements.
We assume zero legal liability for international shipping delays, customs seizures, geopolitical trade barriers or factory-side labor delays. All Tier 3 physical travel outside of Spain requires upfront client coverage for logistics.
